Pours a light brownish amber color with a small offwhite head that sticks to the top nicely. Smell is kind of boring, hint of malt, hint of hops, not too much going on. Taste of caramel and some christmas type spice, clove, cinnamon, pretty standard. Has a decent bitterness in the end with a bit of a fruity background taste. This was a fine spicy little ale, but nothing to write home about.
