This is Bryghuset Braunstein’s offering to the Kvickly ølfestival. A very light and refreshing pale ale. A very watery mouthfeel that goes down very smooth. Even though it is watery it still has a taste. A little bit of fruit mixed with a light hops and a strong flavor of yeast. This is an unfiltered beer so there is plenty of little yeast chunks swimming around to add flavor. This is a good summer day beer.
