Type: Belgian Dark Ale
Pours an amber color with a light white head. Smells of sweet malt, caramel and a little grassy smell. Caramel like malt with a bread and toffee note. A bit of dried fruit and a hint of spice and bitterness in the end. This is a very good Christmas ale. It has a nice sweet taste I would not like to drink every day but is a nice different taste for the holidays. Nothing mind blowing but it is better then some of the boring pilsners put out around this time of year.
