Free Beer

I had it at a special tasting event at Christian Firtal in Odense. They had one keg and were giving it away for free until the keg was gone. With a name like "free beer" how can you go wrong?  So here goes the review.

It pours a nice cloudy orangish color. The smell is strong with citrus fruit and lemons. It had a thin little head that didn't stick around long. After the smell I was really excited to have a taste, it did not disappoint. Lemon and other citrus strong up front with a nice bitter hop and orange finish. It is a very well balanced IPA that is not too overpowering and has a pleasant refreshing mouthfeel. I certainly wouldn't mind paying for this free beer.
