This one is really interesting, I have been seeing it pop up on shelves around town lately and I finally grabbed a bottle. The bottle says it is aged 57 days in a oak rum cask before being bottled. It certainly comes through in the spicy flavor which is much like a spiced rum. It has a great fruity caramel flavor to go along with the dark shade of the beer itself. This beer has a really complex taste that I don’t know enough about beer tasting to explain, I recommend getting ahold of a bottle and trying it out.
